SHIPPING & DELIVERY
1. Processing time
Order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (CST).
Order processing time is 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If you place an order on the weekend, we will process your order on Monday.
*Please note that we do not include shipping time in handling times.*
2. Shipping information
Estimated shipping time is 7-15 business days.
We are not responsible for customs clearance, delays or payment issues, but we will try to minimize any delays that may occur.
We provide shipping time estimates that should be used for reference only.
Shipping cost per order is $6.99.

3. Shipping destinations
We provide services to all 50 US states. If you are outside this area, please contact us for shipping assistance.
4. Shipping method
We are committed to providing you with fast and reliable shipping to ensure that you receive your order in the most convenient way. We partner with FedEx to provide safe and efficient delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can easily check the status of your delivery throughout the shipping process.
5. Order tracking
You will receive a confirmation email or text message with a tracking identification number and a link to track your package. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. If you are unsure of your ID, please check our delivery confirmation email.
6. Delivery order
In case you encounter non-delivery issues or the tracking details show that your parcel has been delivered by the shipping company but you have not received it; You must contact us within 7 business days to submit a claim. We will assist you in working with your carrier to complete the claim process
Gabtshirt.store is not responsible for nor accepts packages reported as delivered by carriers. We do not offer refunds or credits for packages that the carrier claims to have delivered.*
Please note that we do not accept any responsibility in case your order is returned to the sender for any reason (e.g. insufficient delivery address, unreachable recipient… ) However, we are happy to redeliver your order and you will need to pay any additional return and/or redelivery fees for the order returned to the sender.
We are not responsible for lost, misplaced or misdelivered shipments due to incorrect address information provided during purchase.
